Comparable apartments
How does Tegl compare different apartments?
Every apartment is benchmarked against real apartments in the same neighborhood with the same room count and similar floor area. You see exactly where your rent sits and what explains the difference.
- Against real apartments
- Every point in the distribution is an actual apartment in the same neighborhood with the same room count and similar floor area.
- In normalized rent
- Rent is converted to normalized rent (normhyra) — the equivalent rent for a standard 3-room, 77 m² apartment in SEK/m²/year. That makes apartments of different sizes directly comparable.
