The role

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you work side by side with the CEO and co-founders in a wide-ranging role that touches every part of the company. Over the summer, you will prepare portfolio analyses and underwriting briefs ahead of client meetings, drive commercial and growth initiatives, and help shape new product modules. You will also join meetings with CEOs and executive teams at some of Sweden's largest real estate companies.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone driven, analytical, and quick to master new domains. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prefer drafting a concrete first version on your own initiative, and enjoy combining commercial thinking with quantitative analysis. You are likely studying business, finance, industrial engineering, or real estate economics (for example at SSE, KTH, Lund, Chalmers, or Uppsala). Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required for client work, and you naturally use AI tools in your daily workflow.

Practical setup & master's thesis

The summer program is unpaid and flexible: you choose your schedule and duration (for example, 3–6 weeks) so you also have time off during the summer. Our office is located in Vasastan in Stockholm with hybrid remote options.

For the right person, the goal is for the summer to lead into paid part-time work in the autumn, a master's thesis in collaboration with us, or a full-time role upon graduation.
