AI & Software Engineering Intern

Build AI agents and product features that ship directly to real estate companies. Work closely with the founders, with a path to part-time work, a master's thesis, or a full-time role.

The role

As an AI & Software Engineering Intern, you work directly alongside the founders across the full development cycle — from initial concept to shipped product feature. Over the summer, you will build AI agents, develop new capabilities in our web platform, and engineer pipelines that extract structured intelligence from real estate documents and contracts using large language models (LLMs). You will also join client meetings with CEOs and executive teams at major real estate companies to see how what you build is used in practice.

Who we are looking for

We care about how fast you learn, how you approach problem-solving, and your sense of ownership — not which exact languages or frameworks you already know. You thrive on open-ended problems that aren't fully specified up front, iterate quickly, and ask questions when you get stuck. You are likely studying computer science, engineering physics, or a related field — or you are a self-taught builder — and you naturally use modern AI coding tools in your workflow.

Practical setup & master's thesis

The summer program is unpaid and flexible: you choose your schedule and duration (for example, 3–6 weeks) so you still have time to enjoy the summer. We are based in Vasastan in central Stockholm with hybrid remote flexibility.

For the right person, the goal is for the summer to lead into paid part-time work during the autumn, a master's thesis (exjobb) with us, or a full-time position after graduation. If you are primarily looking for a master's thesis for autumn or spring, we would also love to hear from you.
