Contact form

When you book a demo or send us a message, we receive your name, email address, company, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is kept no longer than necessary for that purpose. IP address and browser metadata are used to prevent spam. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.

We measure website visits without cookies, IP addresses, or visitor identifiers. We only record the page path visited, approximate screen class, and referring domain. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded.

The platform

When your organization uses Tegl, we process personal data on your behalf as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). All platform data is stored and processed within the EU, and your data remains yours.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of carefully vetted sub-processors, all bound by Data Processing Agreements and EU data residency. A current list is included in our Data Processing Agreement and is available upon request.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to request rectification or erasure. You may also object to processing, request restriction of processing, and receive your data in a machine-readable format. Contact dataskydd@tegl.se.

If you have concerns about how we process your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
